Although the 6 Month exemption from MOT Testing is helpful, taking full advantage (upto 18 months without any attention or inspection) could be foolish. The MOT TEST is the benchmark of safety not just a legal requirement.

Not only that but come September there will be a high demand which could lead to further delays and even heightened fees. This carnage is then going to be repeated year after year!

We’d strongly recommend that if you are going anything over 12 months with your MOT, that we carry out a Safety Check as a minimum. Preventative maintenance without disregard is key to keeping your vehicle reliable & roadworthy.
