Very professional setup, providing good quality work at fair prices. Work requirements are well explained and timescales are met. Also very polite. Would definitely recommend them for servicing and MOTs.
Fantastic service! Initially my rear break pads were down to the metal, so went in and they got me booked in ASAP to get it mended, then it was discovered that my gear linkage was quite sloppy and recommended for it to get replaced, in which they called up Ford to find out what’s what, ordered the parts in and again got my car in ASAP for the work to be done, and the difference is day and night, didn’t realise how sloppy the gears became till now when its mended ! Great service and communication all round
I found westlake motor services after being unhappy with the garage I was using and in between leaving my garage and finding these I tried several others. For four years I had a problem with the suspension that I could feel through the accelerator but none of the other garages could find the problem. Today westlake have managed to solve the problem and I am so happy with their service.
I highly recommend this garage. They managed to fit me in when everyone else I called couldn't book me in for at least 2 weeks. I found them to be very professional with excellent communication and reasonable prices. My motoring business will now go to them in future. Thanks Westlake, great job!
